Supply Chain Coordinator - Level II
**DESCRIPTION** **Job Summary** : Under general supervision, this role leverages statistical analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and validated planning parameter settings to disaggregate the demand plan, determine optimal inventory levels, and align the supply plan with the demand plan. The goal is to drive stability and efficiency within the supply chain while meeting customer demands. **Key Responsibilities** **Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):** + Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard. + Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. + Engage in HSE training and practices. **Quality:** + Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures. + Perform quality checks on system planning parameters (e.g., inventory levels, re-order points). + Take actions to support Plan for Every Part (PFEP). **Delivery:** + Conduct supply and demand analysis and identify potential concerns for the next 12 months. + Compile and analyze data through primary and secondary research. + Simulate planning parameter changes and provide reports on potential impacts to KPIs. + Monitor and address abnormal demand or stock levels. + Enter approved forecast adjustments to align with demand plans. + Take ownership of disaggregate demand plans, supply plans, and inventory plans to meet customer needs. + Remain flexible and assist with other duties to achieve business goals. **Teamwork:** + Communicate effectively within the team and with support functions. + Participate in training and personal development aligned with business and career objectives. + Contribute to improvement initiatives in quality, safety, process efficiency, and material flow. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Competencies** + **Communicates Effectively** : Delivers clear, audience-specific communication. + **Drives Results** : Consistently achieves objectives under challenging conditions. + **Global Perspective** : Approaches issues with a broad, global outlook. + **Manages Complexity** : Resolves intricate and conflicting issues effectively. + **Optimizes Work Processes** : Implements efficient and effective workflows for continuous improvement. + **Materials Planning System Utilization** : Uses planning systems to manage supply and demand, taking corrective actions based on root cause analysis. + **Plan for Every Part (PFEP)** : Applies PFEP principles to ensure optimal material flow and inventory management. + **Inventory Management and Optimization** : Analyzes and refines inventory levels for cost and efficiency across the supply chain. + **Materials KPI Management** : Assesses gaps in supply chain performance and strategizes improvements. + **Network Master Supply Planning** : Aligns long-term supply and demand plans to achieve financial and service goals. + **Values Differences** : Appreciates diverse perspectives and cultural contributions. **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree (B.
