Supply Chain Coordinator - Level III

**DESCRIPTION**
Under minimal supervision and in accordance with Cummins Delegation of Authority Policy, this role uses statistical analysis, collaborative cross-functional intelligence, and validated planning parameter settings to disaggregate the demand plan and determine optimal inventory levels. The role aligns the supply plan with the demand plan and drives stability in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
**Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)**
+ Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
+ Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
+ Engage in HSE training.
**Quality**
+ Follow applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
+ Perform quality checks on system planning parameters (min/max inventory level, re-order point, upper/lower tracking signals, segments, etc.) and take action to support Plan for Every Part (PFEP).
**Delivery**
+ Perform supply and demand analysis, highlighting areas of concern for the next 12 months.
+ Assist others in gathering and compiling information through primary and secondary research.
+ Run planning parameter setting changes in the simulation environment to analyze the impact on KPIs and provide executive and detailed reports of results.
+ Monitor signals indicating abnormal demand and/or stock levels feeding the supply schedule and make adjustments to the planning parameter settings if approved.
+ Enter approved forecast adjustments at the detail level to align with the aggregate demand plan.
+ Take ownership and accountability for the disaggregate demand plan, supply plan, and inventory plan that supports end customer needs.
+ Demonstrate the target level of proficiency in core competencies.
+ Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.

**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

**Skills**
+ **Materials Planning System Utilization** : Uses the materials planning system to manage supply and demand plans, taking long-term corrective action on exception messages and other alerts based on root cause analysis.
+ **Plan for Every Part (PFEP)** : Uses PFEP in planning, designing, and managing systems and processes within a facility to ensure delivery of the right part at the right time in the right quantity to the right place.
+ **Inventory Management and Optimization** : Uses analytics and algorithms to determine the optimal level of inventory investment across the end-to-end supply chain within specific constraints.
+ **Materials KPI Management** : Operates in relation to recent or historical outputs as compared to expectations of the organization to determine next steps to drive improvement.
+ **Network Master Supply Planning** : Uses statistical analysis and collaborates with other disciplines to provide a long-term view of customer demand and ensure the supply plan is aligned with the demand plan.
**Experience**
+ Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in an equivalent field such as materials planning, production scheduling, manufacturing, or inventory control.
+ 3-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
**Working Shift**
5 pm to 2 am IST.
