About This Role
Joining us as a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities for Turkiye and Middle East markets. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless flow of commercial products, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain on-time, in-full supply while driving process optimizations and compliance with import/export regulations.
What You’ll Do
Manage and control daily supply chain activities, including order management, shipment coordination, customer service, and cost analysis.Act as the main point of contact for 3PL, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth import and distribution operations.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimization projects to enhance supply chain efficiency.Oversee import management, including permit requests, broker coordination, and cost control.Work cross-functionally with teams such as Quality, Finance, Market Access, and Global Trade Compliance to mitigate supply risks.Ensure adherence to import/export compliance policies, responding to regulatory inquiries and tracking changes in regulations.Investigate supply chain exceptions, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.Balance cost-effectiveness with high-quality logistics services to meet customer expectations.Who You Are
You are an experienced supply chain professional in the pharmaceutical industry in Turkiye. You have a strong understanding of logistics, import/export regulations, and process optimization. With a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams, you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
QualificationsRequired Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain in Turkiye, within biotech, pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated industry.Experience in an international and controlled environment.Strong analytical skills including intermediate Excel skillsStrong communication, and project management skills.Experience with E2E Supply Chain Process and Systems including familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle and/or SAP).Advanced English proficiency.Experience with supply chain and manufacturing planning toolsExperience overseeing 3PL providers, managing deliveries to hospitals, pharmacies etcAdditional InformationWhy Biogen?
