Responsibilities:
Coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment needed for pipeline operations.
Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the pipeline site.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet project requirements, minimizing delays.
Track and manage shipments, deliveries, and returns of materials to ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.
Ensure that all materials and supplies comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Manage documentation related to inventory, shipping, and delivery, and ensure all records are up-to-date.
Communicate with project managers and field teams to anticipate material needs and resolve any supply-related issues.
Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate and select suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
Prepare and maintain regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, and material usage.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during material handling and transportation.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, or in a similar role, preferably in the pipeline, construction, or industrial industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and team members.
Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to material handling and pipeline operations is a plus.
Experience in project management is an advantage.
