To strengthen our External & Clinical Supply Quality we are looking for a talented profile to fill the position of: Supply Chain Data Management Quality Partner – Braine l’Alleud, Belgium

 

About the role

This position will directly support the Head of Supply Quality Solutions in ensuring proper oversight, from a global quality perspective, of UCB's activities related to Supply Chain SAP Data Management. Additionally, this profile will take responsibility as the Local Key User for SAP Quality Management activities related to External Supply Quality.

 

You will work with

Supply Chain Data Management Quality Partner will be working in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders at UCB, including the SAP System Quality Team, QP Release Team, Supply Chain Data Management, Artwork & Packaging Teams, Regulatory, and other QA functions. 

 

What you will do

As SAP Master Data Quality Partner

 

Bring Quality expertise to Supply Chain (SC) Data Management teamEnsure processes and associated systems support to day-to-day activities (MDM, artwork implementation, MPS (Master Packaging Sheet) activity, …)Review and approve all global SOPs in this areaIn collaboration with SAP System Quality Team, provide the Quality expertise for SC Data Management related projects and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure timely follow up on Complaints, Change controls, Deviations, Investigations and CAPA linked to this area.Follow-up on KPIs and complianceCollaborate with SAP System Quality Team to review quality procedures related to SAP quality data management from global perspectiveBe the Quality process expert related to the Master Packaging Sheet process, owning the corresponding quality procedures. As such, be the Quality referent for the Quality operational team (QA DMT) in charge of MPS validationSupport and liaise with global and local QA & QP teams in this domain to maintain or ensure process harmonizationEnsure Management Review related to SC Data Management takes place according to UCB MR PolicySupport Inspection readiness for the area of activitiesWork closely with the Artwork & Packaging Quality Lead for cross functional topics as part of the End to End Labeling & Artwork process

 

As the Local Key User for SAP Quality Management for External Supply Quality teams

Primary point of contact for end usersGuarantee system knowledge within the departmentParticipate in SAP-related projects and discussionsTrain End-Users (Face to face training)Review product flowsRequest access for new comersBe part and contribute to Local Key Users community

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills

Bachelor’s, master’s degree or an education in a relevant scientific disciplineMust have knowledge and experience in GMP and pharmaceutical environment, including the interpretation and practical application of applicable regulationsMust have some experience in using SAP Quality Management Module and / or experience in using any ERP system in management of quality master data.Fluent English communication (oral and written); any additional languages are a plusExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with various stakeholdersAble to operate independently in most situations and manage complex or challenging scenarios. Actions taken will likely influence activities across multiple departmentsCapable of independently analyzing data and information, drawing conclusions, and making effective decisionsSkilled at identifying risks and proposing corrective actions within their area of expertise. Additionally, demonstrates initiative and the ability to assist others in solving problems creatively and practically
