Supply Chain Data & Reporting Analyst

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and business insights? As a Supply Chain Data & Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to support the KNA Customer Service team and drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Order-to-Delivery (OTD) function.

 

This position is based in Querétaro and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact, analytical role with cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

 

Data Analysis & Business Insights – Gather, interpret, and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance service levels. Use tools like Excel, Tableau, and SAP to generate reports and recommendations. Process Improvement & Automation – Identify inefficiencies in OTD processes and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline order management, master data, and reporting functions. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with senior leadership, IT, Finance, Distribution Centers, and external partners to align reporting needs and improve decision-making. Performance Monitoring & KPI Management – Track and report key OTD metrics, including Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, Pricing Discrepancies, and Order Accuracy, ensuring adherence to GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements. Innovation & Systems Optimization – Support system enhancements in SAP, Celonis, Transplace, and Power BI to improve data accuracy, operational effectiveness, and reporting efficiency.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain analytics. Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel, with the ability to manage large data sets and generate meaningful insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying business trends and recommending data-driven solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
