We are seeking self-starting individuals who are ready to demonstrate how they can apply their skills and talents to accelerate Lenovo on our digital transformation journey and help create a more intelligent supply chain of the future! Eagerness and ability to understand our end-to-end supply chain operations and I/T systems are key. This role requires the ability to actively participate and eventually lead new business transformation projects by interacting with business operations and IT teams to help shape our digital supply chain culture. Must be comfortable to learn and apply a wide range of digital technology enablers to our fulfillment operations including data visualization, data and predictive analytics, workflow connectivity and automation, artificial intelligence engines amongst others. This role is part of a supply chain strategy and transformation enablement project team that supports the transformation and strategic needs of NA Customer Fulfillment (CF) operations. The position will be dedicated to NA CF projects but can partner broadly with other supply chain and manufacturing organizations, product groups, North America sales, Lenovo customers, and corporate transformation teams to get the job done. Must be able to navigate through sometimes unstructured business requirements to develop clear requirement statements for the organization that balance multiple priorities. Success is defined by enhancing efficiency and automation through digital transformation, improving customer experience, and enabling revenue growth. Come join our team! **Position Requirements:** • B.A./B.S Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, , Data Analytics or equivalent, Supply Chain Management • .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET (C# & VB.NET) • Maintain and improve .NET applications – this includes enhancements, fixing defects, implementing updates and optimizing performance. • UI Development – JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap • Database Experience - SQL Server (CRUD, Views, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers) • MS Office – pivot tables/macros (VBA)/clear and effective presentations • Git source code version control • Strategic Thinking – able to dig deep and understand the technological big picture without getting lost in details • Global and Cultural mindset – skilled people person who enjoys working with a diverse community • Schedule flexibility - interact with global team members in different time zones as require • Strong English and Spanish speaking and writing skills • Communications - comfortable listening and speaking to large groups and executives **Nice to have Skills & Experiences:** • Working Knowledge of Supply Chain: Customer Fulfillment and Order to Cash Processes, Demand Planning, Inventory Management • Data visualization and dashboarding tools (Qliksense, Tableau, Power BI experience a plus) • Exposure to other mainstream databases such as MySQL, Oracle, PestoSQL • ML Experience - programming languages such as Python, R, Java • No-Code or Low-Code Automation solutions (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics / Power Automate / RPA) is a plus • Exposure to AI-related tools • International experience (study abroad, internships, volunteer work) **Additional Locations** : * Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey * Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey * Mexico * Mexico - Nuevo León * Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey , * Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey
