ABOUT ABBOTT DIAGNOSTICS KOREA :
Our business provides testing solutions for Infectious Diseases lateral flow test, such as Rapid Diagnostics Test, Elisa, Urine Chemistry and these allow healthcare professionals and their patients to get same-day results.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Accountable for creating appropriate supply strategies in line with commercial and marketing needs and be responsible for facilitating an S&OP process in line with Divisional standardsDefine the mission and strategy of purchasing organization, implement of long-range material management, manufacturing and business improvement initiativesManufacturing Capacity and Operation Planning, Supply Planning, & Inventory Planning, Purchasing etc. in coordination with commercial teamsImplement strategies to reduce lead times and ensure optimal capacity utilization as well as surge capacity where applicableManage inventory levels to hold appropriate inventory levels based on statistical models for forecast and demand planningCoordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for production planning to support customer demand and achieve cost reduction targetsWork together with Commercial and Marketing leaders in order to validate forward looking demand forecasts as well as new product introductionsIdentify supply risks and mitigation strategies accordingly, minimize "high risk" products to mitigate expiry or obsolescenceManage strategy for SKU rationalization and Master Data governanceMonitor warehouse daily operation for both material management (RM/SFG/FG) and logistics management according to SOP to meet the KPI and review volume back-log or workload to assess proper staffingDevelop local procedures for inbound/outbound shipping, warehousing and transportation and 3PL warehouse management processDevelop and track goals and objectives to assure annual improvements in operational performance; cost; product quality; productivity; and customer satisfaction linked to purchasingTo liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders in providing strategic logistics solutionsDevelop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing purchasing activitiesEstablish and maintain active communications with Divisional management in procurement and supply chain other relevant groups to ensure current understanding of their concerns and requirements. Establish goals and plan resources to meet the needs identified through thisManage key stakeholders in Finance, Quality and Operations to insure achievement of business unit operations goalsProvide leadership to the managers for procurement and supply chain and optimizationManage relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of serviceExecute key decisions with direct impact on costing, allocation strategy, operational excellence and strategic partnersEvaluate logistics projects for cost optimization, competitive service and continuous improvement initiativesManage a clean and safety warehouse working environment and optimized space utilization and ensure to comply with health and safety complianceManage for all logistics transactions such as exportation and distribution cooperating with GBS team and global logistics involved in logistics processResponsible for booking, scheduling, delivery order, customs clearance, issuing bill of loading with EDI transmissionMonitor shipping quantity, delivery times, costs and efficiency on all customer ordersNPI Project management in terms of operation and support team to perform their responsibilities and liabilitiesLead cross functional projects such as inventory optimization, ERP installation, global planning process and so on for business excellenceEnforce compliance of personnel with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations. People management for Supply Chain & Purchasing organization to motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets to be met or exceededBASIC QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor’s degree is required and preferably in a related field, such as Business administration, Commerce and Trade, Immunobiology, (Bio)Chemistry, Clinical pathology, etc. / MBA or MOT is preferred At least 15 years of work experience in a related function such as Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Operations, Supplier Management in bio/medical devices/pharma industry and entire business process for global supply chainManage and Control the KPI(Key Performance Indicator), carry out a role for control tower to solve business issues/problems with cross functional team members.Strong data analysis skill with logical approach and good understanding of various ERP systemStrong verbal and written communication with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organizationGood at setting the streamlined process for SOP(Standard Operating Procedure)Excellent MS Office skill (Excel, Word, Power Point)Good written and spoken English skillMinimum 10 years of people managing experience with more than 10 subordinates
