Purpose of the Role
The Supply Chain Engineer serves as the pivotal link within the Project Core Team, overseeing aspects of Operations, including production methods, industrial engineering, and Supply Chain management.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless project execution by focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD): Safeguards the timely delivery, anticipates and addresses critical material delays, ensuring efficient material flow and alignment with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central interface to the Project Manager (PM) for all logistics-related activities, ensuring that operations and supply chain functions are integrated into the project execution planDefine and manage detailed Operations backward planning, including material fulfillment from both internal and external suppliers, and oversee pre-serial and serial delivery schedules in alignment with the Project Master Plan.Responsible for tracking and influencing On-Time Delivery (OTD)Develop and implement a material delivery strategy, ensuring the timely and efficient flow of materials from all involved sites (SISCO’s), sub-suppliers, and partners to the customerAnalyze and manage safety stock levels (inbound and outbound) and oversee the inventory control for the entire project, including accounting for logistics-related costs such as customs duties and transportation, in direct collaboration with the Project ControllerDefine transport, packaging, and MAF costs during the BID phaseAnalyze contract and ensure compliance with Customer Logistic Protocols, logistic platforms, including frozen periods, lead times, batch sizes, safety stocks, and packaging requirementsServe as a supportive point of contact for Sales Administration for customer-related logistics, order entry, and delivery date communicationsSupport Project Buyer with suppliers, ensuring that all deliveries meet the required timelinesKey Performance Indicators (KPI):
