Job DescriptionWe are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Logistics team as a Supply Chain Engineering Manager!
Efficient logistics are the backbone of any successful organisation, ensuring seamless operations from procurement to delivery. Our Logistics department is dedicated to optimising supply chain management, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency. With a focus on reliability, speed and innovation, we ensure that goods and resources are where they need to be - on time, every time.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Are you ready to lead and innovate in a dynamic logistics environment? As a Supply Chain Engineering Manager, you'll take charge of a team of logistics specialists across our Worcester and Clay Cross sites, driving efficiency, automation and digital transformation within the supply chain. Your leadership and strategic vision will shape continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes to support our manufacturing sites and distribution centre.
You'll collaborate with a diverse network of stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in process engineering and project management to enhance business operations. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in new product introductions, phase-in/phase-out processes and work closely with international teams across Bosch to ensure seamless integration. Working hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
