Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** The Supply Chain ERP Experience Manager consults on ERP creation projects with workstream leads in Supply Chain (equipment/supply ordering) to build best in class associate digital experiences on mobile and desktop platforms. **Responsibilities:** + Using the lens of front line clinical and nonclinical healthcare associates, consults with other workgroup/stakeholder team members, technology product owners, and subject matter experts to understand business goals and translate them into digital designs that improve the end-user experience. + Translates understanding and empathy for the associate experience and has the ability to work in a cross-functional manner to integrate Associate experience into key initiatives. + Consults on cross functional workstream projects in partnership with key stakeholders + Translates experience working in the market and ability to deeply empathize with the healthcare associate experience will be beneficial to successful execution of short- and long-term projects. \#Ll-Remote **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. + 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. **Additional Preferences** **Key Attributes:** + Understands the needs of and advocates for front line clinical and nonclinical healthcare workers in hospital and office settings and their usage of HR, Supply Chain, and Finance + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, influence, highly developed communication and collaboration skills, strong organizational skills, ability to thrive with multiple projects and aggressive timelines, strategic thinking, exceptional analytical skills, ability to manage cross-functional skills, innovative mindset, ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them appropriately, demonstrated ability to collaborate and create consensus, inclusive, experience in user experience research **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
