Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries on stocks (exchange or loan) availability, RFQ as well as exchange order statusManage TAT exchanges and loan activitiesMonitor and assist in resolving critical and AOG situations in a timely manner.Ensure conformance to AOG response policy to include effective and timely communication and execution.Responsible for fulfilling ABTH replenishments within contractual commitmentsInventory management of exchange pool units and ABTH (contract) stocksPerform operational activities such as system transactions, co-ordinating deliveries and ensuring follow up on customer core returns back to poolExpedite and identify critical support stocks under repair, if necessary to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and replenishmentsArrange and perform deliveries/shipments after working hours (24/7 AOG duty on rotation basis)Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ensure validity of inventory shelf life for internal stocksOther tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Team-lead or ManagerRequirements:
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain management or relatedExperience in Aerospace Industry would be advantageousMaintain excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyTeam player with good interpersonal skillsHighly adaptable with a positive work attitudeAbility to work well under pressure and deadlinesProficient in MS OfficeKnowledge of SAP a plusFlexible to work after office hours when required and willing to be rostered to be on standby and respond within stipulated timeframe upon activation (AOG duty)Other Information:
