The Supply Chain Executive is accountable for in-country distribution to ensure timely delivery to customers at the right quality and cost. The Supply Chain Executive oversees in-country supply chain activities to ensure that service goals are met. He / she is responsible to ensure world class service levels, ensures right-to-operate for local distribution and implements supply chain strategies to successfully deliver innovative products to customers and patients. This is a key role within the end-to-end supply chain operating model that interacts with local and global stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Handle on importation of Roche products including clinical trials by working with forwarder on all related importation declaration and logistics issues. Manage successful in-market supply and distribution management

Ensure accuracy in all activities: outbound transport, transport mode, data/information, warehouse rules and procedures, material management, distribution planning, quality management, product allocation

Implement and/or monitor an efficient cost-to-serve-model (incl. KPI metrics). Manage sales orders, invoicing matters in the SAP system including resolving day to day interface issues and troubleshoot SAP system issues

Work with the SAP team to work on improvement for process efficiency and system updates implementation on order to cash flow. Manage the stock and sales reconciliation and the month end closing activities

Customer Management Support- Oversight with the Supply Chain Admin to ensure OTIF and meeting customer expectation on orders and returns/exchange. Review on the samples stocks and work with Supply Chain Admin on the sample conversion.

Manage material creation include ensuring correct master data set up in distributor system. Support on all related audits internally and externally with different stakeholders

Oversee the Supply Chain Admin on Supply Chain related task under her scope. Work with the Supply Chain Value Stream Partner on related Supply Chain projects. Ad Hoc support on Divestments, accounting, tax related enquiries to ensure Finance Compliance

Who you are

You should hold a Bachelors’ degree in business administration,  economics, industrial engineering, management engineering or related discipline with a minimum 4-6 years of relevant commercial supply chain experience
