Interface between Production, Commercial (Sales, Marketing & Finance) and Senior Mgmt to ensure decisions are taken at the right level for planning the demand.
Prepare the monthly production plan from the lifting plan received from the sales in line to S&OP process and in coordination with cross functions.
Act as a key interface between cross functions in the process of raising sales permits and identification of gaps and changes vs previous submissions.
Identify any concern related to capacity, raw materials or others and raise it to respective team members.
Support the Planning Manager in maintaining the S&OP processes, acting as an effective interface and coordinator with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Markets and OU to maintain a healthy and disciplined joined up process.
Create and manage the process of weekly production orders in SAP in line with S&OP sales forecast and permits.
Prepare daily dispatch plan in line with the production plan.
Monitor VAP and LE pack supplies to markets in line with S&OP alignment.
Creation and maintenance of master data in SAP and APO as and when required.
Monitor and coordination for collection of EVC’s from the respective sales teams on timely basis.
Identify and follow up with purchase for any raw material shortages.
Share the bulk ordering with purchase team on monthly basis.
Prepare related KPI reports on monthly basis and track the KPI’s progress
Coordination with transporters to arrange vehicles for day to day dispatches.
Delivering key KPIs: Budget costs, on-time vehicle placement, vehicle utilization, detentions etc.
Coordinating with various service providers & other stakeholders (plants, sales etc.) to achieve seamless & cost-effective logistics execution.
Prepare monthly dashboards and reports to assess health of logistics operations and highlight the gaps.
Ensuring correct vehicle mix and budget controls as per planned budgets. Executing cost saving measures and to achieve reduction in logistics expenditures and work within the budget.
Act as a interface between sales and Quality teams in handling consumer complaints
Qualifications & Experience
