Reporting to the Head of Supply chain finance, the Controller will work with the Robotics Supply Chain leadership team and will be responsible for setting up, managing, coordinating, and controlling all finance accounting-related activities for the robotics manufacturing site in Santa Clara, CA. The Role will be based at Medtech Santa Clara CA site.
In addition, this candidate will work with the commercial and RD finance teams to model COGS and inventory scenarios to meet/exceed cash and cost targets. The candidate will be supporting MONARCH Platform.
This candidate must have a strong knowledge of manufacturing (internal and external supply) cost accounting and shopfloor processes to support cost modeling and strategic planning. Importantly, this individual must be a strong cross-functional team player working with Supply Chain, commercial, RD, Quality and Facilities.
A successful candidate should have proven success at proactive partnering with multifunctional teams with a clear focus on results and accountability.
Responsibilities

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
