Supply Chain Finance Lead

As a Supply Chain Finance lead here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and assisting strategic decision-making. You will be accountable for conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to drive business performance and profitability.

You will report directly to our Senior Finance Manager, and you'll work out of our Dublin, Ireland location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial success of the company by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, identifying trends, and recommending actions to drive growth and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze weekly Profit and Loss statements.

• Lead the planning and forecasting activities for the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team.

• Perform monthly closing activities.

• Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to meet financial objectives.

• Ensure compliance with accounting controls and procedures.

• Manage inventory and obsolete management.

• Analyze key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency.

• Facilitate capital expenditure (Capex) evaluation and management.

• Monitor and control operating expenses (Opex) effectively.

Key Requirements

 

• Ideal experience in Finance positions, with a focus on managing complex P&Ls and reporting.

• Ability to provide financial guidance through metrics, economic analysis, productivity analysis, and manufacturing cost analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, related field, or relevant work experience/professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or CIMA).

• Background in Supply Chain & Operations, preferably in an industrial environment, with a solid understanding of financials in a regional matrix environment.

• Ability to drive financial process improvement and business transformation.

• Significant experience with financial systems and reporting, particularly SAP, Essbase, or SQL query.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
