Overview What can you expect? The Supply Chain Finance Manager will support the delivery of Indonesia supply chain finance planning including overseeing the rolling forecast submission, variance analysis versus plan, and productivity for overall business. The incumbent will be partnering with Global Procurement, Agro, Manufacturing, Control, and Demand planning team to support operations and provide financial insights that support decision-making, productivity savings and drive business growth. Responsibilities We will count on you to: Monitor and analyze monthly performance of Agro costs & procurement costs for commodity costs of Indo-snacks including variance analysis versus forecast and plan; Support the end to end supply chain cost including logistic cost in planning and forecasting process Partner with functional leads of Procurement, Agro, and Manufacturing functional in planning and execution of operational efficiency and productivity initatives, including indirect procurement Lead planning process for Annual planning+Monthly forecast for Agro+Commodities and working capital for cash flow analysis of Indo-Snacks & Indo-Quaker Simulate PL and costing scenarios for operational decision making (including sector guidance for procurement) and subsequently track assumption changes towards execution Provide financial analysis in development of strategic and tactical plan to deliver annual/strategic plan; Proactively work with key decision makers in Procurement & Agro, ensuring business partners understand financial implications of decision alternatives. Build trackers to manage costs and ensure business stays on course as per plan Green field investment review and analysis Manufacting Planning & scenario analysis Qualifications What you need to have? 5+ years’ experience in Plant Finance/SupplyChain Finance, FMCG – Food and Beverage SAP and HFM experience Excellent functional Knowledge of Manufacturing and Capex processes in FMCG (Food and beverage business) Solid understanding of Plant Accounting. Solid analytical and functional skills. Ability to think and connect the dots / see the big picture without losing sight of details Strong on supply chain process flow and financial awareness, monitoring, coordination, and budget ownership Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically, and across multiple cultures Strong communicator & influencer. Ability to set and prioritize objectives to be Faster, Stronger, and Better. Master of Accounting/Economics or a certified professional qualification is preferable.
