Supply Chain GM Administrative Assistant
Job Description SummaryThe TAVS & Composites Administrative Assistant will provide Administrative and Executive Support for the General Managers of the Turbine Airfoils and Composites part families within the Supply Chain organization. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks along with helping to keep long term projects on track. The ideal candidate for this role will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the GMs’ calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.Design and ensure (including content coordination) operating mechanisms such as 1:1s, team meetings (including in-person/virtual offsites), all employee meetings etc., are conducted.Draft and review organizational announcements and other Part Family-wide communications for the Part Family GMs in partnership with Internal communications.Manage travel arrangements and create & submit expense reports.Provide special meeting/event planning and logistics (offsites, team activities, retirement parties, etc.)Compile and format leadership presentations, organizational communications, and other special projects.Able to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently.

 

Required Qualifications:

 Associate’s  Degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited  school or institution 

Desired Characteristics:

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
