The Human Resources Leadership Internship Program is a comprehensive, 12-week program that provides exposure & learning to Human Resources at Campbell Soup Company. You will be given a robust project and work plan to deliver by the end of the program. In this program, you will be provided feedback on your performance, contribution, and leadership. Our program will enable you to accelerate your knowledge of our organization, provide you a solid foundational understanding of HR within a manufacturing environment, and connections to our HR Leadership team. Interns have the potential to be hired full-time upon graduation. The successful candidate will use the verbal and written communication tools they have learned through education and apply them to a professional setting. This internship is based in our Charlotte, North Carolina manufacturing plant. 


Responsibilities:

Assist in the seasonal staffing process to include planning, recruitment, selection and pre-employment testing and scheduling. Assist with new hire orientations and related pre- and post-employment paperwork Support HR leadership efforts in labor and employee relations. Additional generalist duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:
•    Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s program with an emphasis in Human Resources 
•    Passion for learning and willingness to ask questions and work independently 
•    Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take initiative
•    Inherently curious, ambitious, and passionate for building engaging talent experiences
•    Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
•    Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Resourceful, innovative, forward thinking and committed
•    You’re a creative problem solver 
•    Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with communicating with personnel at all levels
•    Power user of Microsoft suite of software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
