The position
As a Supply Chain Integration Planner at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Work with planning during the integration of new sites, implementing and managing planning tasks. Take on new planning tasks, learn from them, and optimize and execute to perfection before preparing the handover. Own the supply chain planning processes, executing them daily and making continuous improvements. Ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. Create supply chain planning process transparency through high-level communication. Emphasize ongoing learning, execution, and seamless handover processes in planning.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
An academic degree within Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a similar field, or proven experience in planning from previous positions for more than 2 years. Knowledge of planning processes and principles. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Insights in OMP, S/4 Hana, ERP systems, S&OP, S&OE, and Operational Planning. Experience with Pharma / GMP related business.
On a personal level, you should have a natural drive and commitment, be focused on maintaining the most optimal process while remaining curious and willing to learn. We are looking for a professional that either has previous proven experience in planning or is a newly graduate, looking for experience within supply chain planning and a broad business understanding. Additionally, candidates should be prepared for limited travelling and be fluent in spoken and written English.
About the department
You will join the SC Integration and Solution Planning team, where we focus on the seamless integration of new sites and planning. Our team is dedicated to ensuring smooth transitions and optimizing planning processes. We work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where every team member’s contribution is valued. The team is based in Bagsværd but are also in site Taastrup on a weekly basis.
