We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain management, including planning, purchasing, and warehouse support activities. The ideal candidate will support our supply chain operations and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
 

This full-time ten-week internship program will take place June through August of 2025.


Key Responsibilities
Planning:

Assist in the development and maintenance of supply chain plans and schedules.

Support demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for planning purposes.

Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Purchasing:

Assist in the procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for production.

Support the creation and management of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, track shipments, and resolve any issues.

Help maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, including supplier information and contract details.

Warehouse:

Support the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and supplies.

Help with the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery.

Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.

General Supply Chain:

Assist in the implementation of supply chain improvement projects and initiatives.

Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions on supply chain strategies.

Support the preparation of reports and presentations related to supply chain performance and activities.

Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of supply chain principles and practices is a plus.

Prior internship or work experience in supply chain management is a plus but not required.

On-site Protocol
