For our Headquarters in Parma, we are now looking for talented students / new graduates to join our Central Supply Chain. As a key player in the team, the intern will be provided with a real-world experience, and he / she will have the opportunity to build expertise and be exposed to several competences within the Technical Development (Project Engineering) team. Brief Description Learn from some of the best! The purpose of the internship is to introduce you to Barilla by working alongside talented professionals into the Technical Development area: you will contribute to the management of the process of participation to public tenders for financing for Technical Investments (with regards to environmental topics, energy efficiency, …). The intern will provide, through the correct procedure, all the necessary technical and economic information to assess the merits of applications for funding, he/she will be able to learn Asset Management concepts and to practice with informatic tools (like SAP and EPM), and he/she will interact and collaborate with technical designers and understand the investment projects performed. More specifically, supported by a mentor, you will: + prepare all the necessary documentation to submit the application, in accordance with tender notice; + collect all the necessary information, correctly manage the time required by the different activities, make periodical reports; + for the applications successfully accepted, collect and prepare all the necessary material (reports, papers, …) to give evidence of the accuracy of the work done and the work in progress; + collaborate with different teams and stakeholders: Technical Development, Administration, Legal, Purchasing, Plants, Consultants.
