Supply Chain Leader

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

B.S. Degree from an accredited institution Minimum of seven years of project/team leadership experience working in manufacturing companies, in Production Control, Supply Chain, Engineering and/or Purchasing. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.

PREFFERED REQUIREMENTS:

BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Demonstrated Project Management skills. Strong negotiation skills Experience with querying databases. Excellent analytical skills Experience developing relationships with customers and suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

Maintains high ethics and values in the workplace. Creates seamless customer experience through collaboration with commercial account management. Compile, analyze, and prepare customer demand forecast. Develops and manages shipping plans to drive execution to customer turn time expectations and internal revenue and profit forecasts. Administers controls for supplier product and production output. Manages raw material inventory and procurement. Schedule and communicate with the customer any delinquencies to their quoted turn time. Works toward reduction of costs  Manages Account Receivables Manages others and contributes to talent factory strategy. Ensure that outgoing quotes are based on accurate cost estimations for material, scrap and labor. Support capacity analysis for future products which will include technology advancements needed.  QSI Cost model support and analysis  Collaborates toward NPI efforts Lead annual Physical Inventory process as well as monthly raw material cycle count procedures.
