About the role.

The program is built to accelerate your growth. You’ll take part in structured training, plant/warehouse visits, and informational sessions that broaden your perspective of how supply chain drives success at McCain. You’ll sharpen your project management, communication, and data analysis skills while also gaining a deep understanding of the food industry—from food service and quick serve to retail—and how agriculture shapes our business.

What you’ll be doing.

The Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is built around three year-long rotations that give you broad, hands-on exposure to supply chain. In each rotation, you’ll step into a key role—such as Customer Service Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Deployment Planner, or Inventory Analyst—to lead critical processes and drive results. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll:

Implement process improvements that make a real impact on efficiency and performance.Coach and collaborate with peers to strengthen team effectiveness.Gain valuable insights into McCain’s operations through plant/warehouse visits and cross-functional exposure.Develop your leadership and technical expertise through structured training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.This program is designed to challenge you, grow your skills, and prepare you for a leadership career in supply chain.
