Undergraduate Supply Chain Leadership Development Program
Now that you have gained industry knowledge from your undergraduate program, it is time to take what you've learned and apply it in Ecolab's stimulating Undergraduate Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (LDP). This 5-6 year leadership acceleration program enables high potential early in career professionals to cultivate and refine their leadership skills in preparation for a rewarding career in Supply Chaing Management. This is a fast-paced development program offering challenging and diverse work, ongoing training and mentorship, executive exposure and a variety of opportunities to engage in strategy and special projects. Each of your three roles will allow you time to become a SME in your designated area, apply your knowledge, and have huge impact on processes, culture, and the future of Supply Chain. As you prove successful in your assignments, you will be positioned in strategic leadership roles to bring our Supply Chain leadership depth to world-class status.

What You Will Do:
Complete three 18–24 month assignments based on interests, developmental goals, and business needs.
Serve as a team leader for at least one assignment to grow your ability to lead with authority.
As your future with Ecolab unfolds, expect your initial rotation to be at one of our key plants in North America and to relocate at least once in the subsequent 2-4 years. You will be supported with a relocation allowance.
Participants will receive assignments within a variety of manufacturing, logistics, quality, procurement, planning or engineer-focused positions.
Participate in ongoing trainings to master your technical skills and leadership competencies
You will have a dedicated manager and peer associate to support your development and technical training as you cultivate your leadership skills.

Locations vary based on job type and participant’s individual development goals
Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor’ s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Enginering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics or related degree
Anticipated graduation date of Winter 2024 or Spring 2025.
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and anytime in the future
Comfortable working in manufacturing environments including plants, warehouses, and corporate environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated relationship building skills and a mindset towards continuous improvement
Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
Ability to plan, organize, and lead small and large projects
Proven leadership skills through extra-curricular activities, volunteering, or work activities.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
