Job Description: Supply Chain / Logistics Manager

JOB PURPOSE / RESPONSIBILITIES

In compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations, the Logistics and SCM Flow Expert – Level 1 controls, manages, and optimizes processes to ensure standardization with the aim of achieving efficiency and complete customer satisfaction. He/She contributes to the company's profitability through the optimization and digitization of the company's processes.

KEY ACTIVITIES OF THE JOB

·       Optimize and digitize logistics processes of the supply chain (source, order management, production planning, delivery, returns, customs export, etc.) and ensure their governance.

·       Analyze all data to anticipate necessary changes for business development.

·       Perform monitoring to rectify discrepancies, optimize processes and ensure continuous improvement.

·       Contribute to the definition and implementation of performance indicators.

·       Participate in pilot phases for any process evolution.

·       Participate in audits.

·       Engage in the continuous improvement of company processes.

WORK RELATIONS

Internal:

·       In contact with all company stakeholders revolving around the supply chain.

External:

·       In liaison with all service providers and suppliers involved in the projects to be undertaken.

MAIN PROFESSIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Industrial Production or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills:

·       Deep knowledge of supply chain flows.

·       Extensive knowledge of master data domains.

·       General knowledge of safety and security standards.

·       General project management knowledge.

·       General knowledge of the company: activities, products, and regulations.

·       Proficiency in office tools and digital tools (ERP and data analysis solutions).

·       Professional English.
