About the Role The Supply Chain Logistics Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the supply chain operations at Hinge Health. We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled supply chain manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of inbound logistics operations, including supplier/carrier and Third Party Logistics (3PL) management, ERP reporting, cost reduction initiatives, program support, and optimizing logistics solutions for efficient inbound shipping. Your expertise in logistics and supply chain management will play a key role in ensuring smooth and cost-effective inbound processes. What You'll Accomplish Develop and maintain a comprehensive routing guide for onboarding suppliers, ensuring compliance with inbound shipping requirements and optimizing logistics for cost savings and efficiency. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage international shipping needs and oversee the inbound receipt process in the ERP system, ensuring accurate transactions, data collection, and timely purchase order closures. Provide operational support across logistics, focusing on invoice validation and assisting with 3PL operations. Foster strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure smooth operations and high service levels, while utilizing data analytics to drive informed decision-making. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in inbound logistics, streamlining operations, reducing manual tasks, and enhancing efficiency. Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure accurate product classification, determine duties, taxes, and fees, and stay informed on industry trends and regulations to recommend necessary improvements. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, or a related field. Other technical education, experience, and degrees will be considered based on professional background. 2-5 years experience in inbound logistics management, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge and understanding of supplier/carrier and 3PL management, ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and inbound cost reduction strategies. Experience in using logistics software and systems for routing, tracking, and reporting Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to optimize inbound logistics processes, driving cost savings and operational efficiency. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of international trade regulations, export compliance, and customs requirements is a plus. Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is preferred. Compensation This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
