And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. **About the role** + Join the management team of a strategic site composed of 300 people and bring your Supply chain & Logistics expertise to support worldwide Rare Earth business, develop talents, and bring innovative sustainable logistics solutions. + As a Supply chain & Logistics Manager, you will be part of the management committee of the site, reporting to the Plant Manager and manage a team of 15 people. + You will be accountable for: + Ensuring compliance with the site’s HSE rules, regulations and promoting safety culture + Managing and developing your team + Deploying Group strategy by defining improvement plan, budgets at the local scale. + Implementing competitiveness and quality actions through digital transformation in order to bring sustainable value to the site + Organizing and managing supply chain activities: subcontractor (onsite logistics, freight forwarder), S&OP in order to deliver “on time in full” and manage efficient Stock level + We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode. **About you** + Relevant education degree or equivalent in logistics or supply chain management + Relevant work experience in logistics or supply chain function + Competencies: + HSE culture + Strong culture of sustainable change + Ability to lead a team in order to adopt new processes necessary for the evolution of the company + Behaviors: + Strong leadership skills + Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a team and interface with several departments **About the pay and benefits** + Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (France) base pay reasonably expected for this role is 73 000 euros to 91 000 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
