The growth of the Boeing Jacksonville Site makes this role an opportunity to be involved in exciting innovation through production control and supply chain opportunities and partnerships and cross-functional problem solving. This position will provide support to the Indirect Core Purchasing Team supporting Tool Services for the BJAX Site (F18, KC 46, Component Operations and the P8 Program in the new MRO facility).

Position Responsibilities:
Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutionsDevelops and controls inventory plans and optimizes inventory levelsImplements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performanceIdentify and implement business improvements for productivity and operational efficiency in Tool Services.Analyze data from CribMaster, MSR Pro application, Ariba or equivalent analytical toolsAssess processes against standards and criteria.Provide feedback on assessments, highlighting improvement opportunities and risks.Collaborate with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and KPI metrics.Implement strategies at the appropriate organizational level.Operate with minimal direction.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management or Tool Services3+ years of experience in a role that required the ability to work both independently and collaboratively3+ years of experience coordinating across multiple functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as CribMaster, MSR Pro application, Ariba or equivalent analytical tools3+ years of experience with Lean+ and/or Lean 5SAbility to walk, lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds within an 8-hour shiftAbility to climb and descend stairs, bend and lift items within an 8-hour shift.Ability to get forklift certified.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with U.S. Government CustomersExperience preparing and presenting to leadership, internal and externalDrug Free Workplace:
