Supply Chain Manager, Capital Programs

The Supply Chain Capital Program team is responsiblefor the on time and in full delivery of the current year portfolio of capital projects that meet or exceed the expected ROIC across all business units as well as ownership of the next year’s AOP portfolio of projects. This position will align the supply chain cross functional executional teams on critical actions necessary to execute capital projects with excellence while monitoring the lifecycle of each project to ensure its success. This role will also work with the BUs to maintain the in-year portfolio ROIC by aligning projects with the BUs and managing the portfolio deviations based on shifts in project execution. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a continuous improvement mindset and has the ability to influence across all functions within the supply chain at all levels.

What you will do:

Lead the cross functional supply chain pre-gate alignment process and own project status reporting and risk mitigation to ensure projects deliver on time and in full for projects over $1M in capital spendIdentify capabilities needed and develop processes that will remove waste and increase project executional excellence that can be deployed to the project teams within the BUsDevelop and maintain a 0-24 mo capital portfolio for all supply chain value generating projects over $1M in spend that execute within that timespanOwnership of BU portfolio value to maintain the in-year ROIC value of the supply chain portfolioProvide monthly reporting on project health and escalate projects off track with mitigation plansAssist in the creation of playbooks, training materials and other information that will build a knowledge management system for project executionLead a subset of capital projects and/or programs as the PM lead throughout the lifecycle of the project

Requirements

What you must have:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field of study

3-5 years Of Supply Chain and Project Management experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to analyze risk and interdependencies across multiple large scale, capital projectsMust be able to create high-quality professional MS PowerPoint presentations and have the ability to construct results that “tell a story” that can influence key decisions with factsPrior experience with SAP, data visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), project management software (Planview, Confluence, etc.) and Think-cell software is preferredFlexible and able to push forward required decisions despite ambiguity and changing prioritiesDetailed and deadline-orientated to meet regular and periodic needs of the businessHigh level of attention to detail and strong capability to review & sense-check results to ensure accuracyDemonstrated strong communication skills and ability to lead a cross functional teamAbility to interact & collaborate comfortably with other teams and at all levels of the organizationAbility to follow KDP policies and procedures as well as our Values
