SALARY: $79,200 - $94,050, bonus eligible

SHIFT: Monday - Friday during daytime hours

ROLE SUMMARY:  

If you are interested in a hands-on, continuous improvement oriented, fast-paced role in a world class manufacturing environment then our Supply Chain Manager role is for you. In this role you will develop, monitor, and maintain production plans, warehouse and material inventories, and production and shipping schedules to ensure excellent process performance and product quality while managing highly automated, complex processes in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, build relationship and influencing skills as well as technical skills.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Learn Logistics processes of warehousing, shipping, and production planning, and materials receiving through hands on training

Promote and encourage safe working practices through training, coaching, and auditing of team members

Lead and coach teams through troubleshooting and monitoring of key operating processes and equipment utilizing lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies

Identify areas to improve operations in order to achieve or exceed key performance indicators and targets and execute and participate in initiatives based in lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies in order to sustainably drive improvements

Lead development and monitoring of all critical control points to ensure consistency and quality

Utilize VPO tools to achieve KPI targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, Gap Analysis, MCRS meeting schedules and action logs, 5 - Why's, PDCA and SDCA cycles, etc.)

Responsible for financial performance of area

Oversee preventative maintenance work in area of responsibility

Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are being followed

Monitor production plans to maintain quality and accomplish current and future schedules

Ensure that quality and safety standards are met


JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, Supply Chain or related discipline required

2 + years of experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred

Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example

Results driven with an ability to lead change

Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation

Technical and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to work in fast paced environment
