International’s Service Solutions team is looking for an exceptionally talented and results-oriented Supply Chain Associate Director to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in the transportation parts industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory planning and vendor relationships to ensure a smooth and cost-effective supply chain. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the supply chain

Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies specific to International’s Service Solutions supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products, optimize costs, and maintain high service levels.Lead forecasting and demand planning process, including demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and inventory optimization, to reduce costs and minimize shortages or overstock.Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs, including lead times, order accuracy, inventory turnover, fill rates, and transportation costs.Collaborate with the logistics and distribution operations teams to ensure on-time, efficient deliveries and processing of the right parts at the right locations.Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with customer demand.Implement and maintain supply chain management systems to drive operational efficiency.Lead and mentor supply chain teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, supplier issues, or capacity constraints Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 12 years of materials management or supply chain experienceAt least 6 years of management experience

Master’s degreeAt least 10 years of materials management or supply chain experienceAt least 6 years of management experience
