Description We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement operations and ensure seamless collaboration across departments. This role requires expertise in managing contracts, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of supply chain systems. Responsibilities: • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and build strong supplier relationships. • Collaborate with multiple departments to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. • Audit freight costs to ensure accuracy and compliance with budgets. • Validate invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Implement and manage ERP solutions to streamline procurement processes. • Oversee budget planning and process optimization within the supply chain. • Monitor buying processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. • Analyze supply chain performance data to identify areas for improvement. Requirements • Proven experience with ERP systems and solutions, including implementation and management. • Proficiency in procurement tools • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in supply chain management. • Expertise in freight auditing and invoice validation. • Familiarity with budget and buying processes within a procurement framework. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments. • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize supply chain performance. • Demonstrated leadership experience in a supply chain or procurement role.
