All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth. **Dare to make an impact?** **YOUR ROLE** + Supply Reviews. + Raw material and bulk safety stocks to buffer from issues. + Own all SC metrics: inventory, service, schedule adherence. + Ensure the established processes are followed. + Talent development. + Decision board participation. + Plant management team participation. + Serve as escalation point for all subordinate functions. + Process definition. + Transparency / reporting for overall plant SC performance. + Lead and delegate improvement initiatives. + Ensure redundant functional coverage. **YOUR SKILLS** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business preferred 5+ years related experience. + Experience using an ERP system; SAP experience a plus. + APICS certification a plus. + Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate people. + Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. + Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy. + Ability to set strategy and execute a plan to support strategic goals. + Able to develop and maintain strong cooperative working relationships within the group and across the organization. + Proficiency in MS Office products: Excel, Word and Power BI. Must have at least intermediate level excel skills. + Ability to problem solve and implement effective corrective actions. The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
