CACI specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of complex, state-of-the-art systems for military, space, and commercial applications. We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join the Operations group and lead our Supply Chain team.

Serve as the primary point of responsibility for materials management and supply chain planning strategy for assigned sites. Serve as the leader for all programs’ Supply Chain activities and is the liaison between the Program Manager(s), other functional leads, and the Supply Chain organization.Ensure optimization of materials management activities including scheduling, purchasing, contract manufacturing, inventory planning, warehousing, supplier performance measurement, and indirect materials management. Expedite material to ensure on time deliveries to maintain production and program schedules.Communicate and implement relevant metrics to measure and evaluate supply chain operations, including those related to cost, schedule and quality. Facilitate monthly/quarterly reviews to evaluate performance and identify continual improvement opportunities.Direct all purchasing and material planning, as well as, and shipping/receiving and logistics activities including distribution, outsourcing, and subcontracting to ensure that products are on time with consistent quality. Organize activities & assigning jobs accordingly to the staff requirements.Plan, organize, and conduct the annual physical inventory and reconcile results to ensure compliance with financial reporting and government property regulations.Participate and drive Program Performance Reviews, Supply Chain Risk & Opportunity Reviews, Product Engineering Reviews and Bid and Proposal activity.Provide subject matter expertise to an on-going project working to consolidate existing product-line specific MRP & PLM platforms into an enterprise-wide solution.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
