**Position Overview:** Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we're looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will oversee Purchasing, Sourcing, Production Planning, and Material Handling functions at Hidden Level. This role demands leadership, a focus on operational excellence, risk management skills, and experience adhering to regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities:** + Manage relationships with key suppliers + Negotiate purchasing terms, pricing, schedule and contracts + Possess a deep understanding of procurement compliance and risk management + Implement, improve and manage systems to ensure timely procurement of materials to meet Hidden Level schedule requirements for development and production + Ensure mandatory flow down clauses (e.g., FAR/DFARS, DPAS ratings) are incorporated into purchase orders and subcontracts to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. + Oversee supplier performance monitoring + Implement, improve and manage systems to ensure accurate lead time and cost data is available to support estimating for internal needs and to support business development proposal activities. + Implement, improve and manage systems to ensure production schedules are maintained and monitored for risk. + Implement, improve and manage systems to ensure alignment of demand forecasts and contract deliverables to production schedules and manufacturing work order release processes. + Oversee and drive improvements to inventory management processes, ensuring material flow meets operational and business needs **What We’re Looking For:** + The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing supply chain and operational performance using KPIs. They will be experienced implementing continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing systemic problem-solving tools and be able to collaborate well internally and externally. + Expertise in FAR/DFARS flow downs + Experience with supply chain risk management (SCRM) practices, processes, and policy **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or Equivalent + 10+ Years Experience + Proven experience working in supply chain management with knowledge of related federal FAR/DFAR contract requirements + Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills + Proficiency in ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint Preferred) **Preferred Qualifications:** + Lean/Six-Sigma Black Belt preferred **Compensation and Benefits:** Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options. **Salary Range** : The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $116,000 to $143,000 annually.
