Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the supply chain, with a particular focus on international distribution (order management and logistics), planning (demand, material and production), master data management, and logistics flow optimization.

Position Summary: a day in the lifeOrder Management (Domestic & Export) and Distribution: Manage domestic and international orders, ensuring efficient and timely distribution of products.Demand Planning, Material Planning, and Production Planning: Orchestrate S&OP process; Develop and implement planning strategies to meet demand needs while optimizing material and production resources.Logistics Flow Optimization: Analyze and improve end-to-end logistics flow and processes to ensure efficient movement of materials and finished products.Master Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and updating of essential data for effective supply chain management.Manage and optimize inventory across the network to improve service levels while minimizing E&O and scrap.Ensure Continuous Product Availability: Guarantee the constant availability of products to meet customer needs while being a key player in cost control.Performance Management: Manage on-time in full (%OTIF) and backorders as key customer centric metrics.Indicators, Dashboards and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators, create dashboards for continuous visibility of supply chain performance; Reporting: Prepare regular reports on performance, costs, and service levels for management.Team Management and Development: Lead, manage, and develop the supply chain teams located in Nîmes (FR) and Berlin (DE), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Minimum Requirements / QualificationsDegree in Supply Chain Management – or equivalent through professional experience.Proven experience in managing international teams.Excellent interpersonal skills and change management abilities.Ability to work in a team and communicate in an international environment.Experience in managing international projects in the field of SCM.Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously, and manage priorities in a complex environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German would be a plus).Experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence would be an advantage (Six Sigma or similar).
