This includes but is not limited to obtain, implement, track supplier improvement plan, continuously improve in order to guarantee cost, quality, and on time delivery performance is in line with final customer expectation. Also, ensure global supplier supply chain representative improvement action cohesion. The SCM coordinates rate readiness activities (risk analysis, baselines, run@rates, maturity and capacity audits) to secure the supplier long term industrial coherence to the customer needs, in order to secure deliveries and quality during the all program life.
