Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to work for our Personal Healthcare Division. You will be leading our Supply Chain Oral Healthcare Department focusing on order management, inside sales and customer service directly to Dental Professionals (Business-to-Business). This role combines people management together with driving complex operational excellence topics.
Our Oral Healthcare portfolio encompasses power toothbrushes, power flossing, tooth whitening and oral hygiene. We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and supply chain.
Your role:
Lead and motivate two Supply Chain teams, provide support to navigate complex challenges and decisions and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.Effectively handle conflicts within the team and mediate any disputes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment and lessons learned. Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement among team members. Capture team issues and drive the solution within the team making sure the correct stakeholder(s) are involved in the resolution. Evaluate team performance, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance. Foster a culture of leadership within the team by mentoring and coaching People Leaders and team members and have a clear succession planning for critical team roles.Manage key customer relationships, ensuring that the team understands customer needs and delivers exceptional service.Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, fostering strong and mutually beneficial relationships, such as Market, Business. Maximizing business performance and profitability.Driving supply chain transformation towards digital capabilities through transparency/visibility and data driven decision making; drives a culture of continuous improvement leveraging LEAN methodology.
You're the right fit if:
You have 4 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Department, including minimum 2 years of experience as People Leader.You have in-depth working knowledge of Supply Chain Management.You have experience with Order Management and Customer Service within Oral Healthcare, Medical Care, FMCG or other related industry (preferred).You are fluent in English language (minimum B2 level)You have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the relevant fieldYou have good project management and change management skills.You have strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills.You are self-driven with strong problem solving skills.
