What you'll do...
Develop and negotiate holistic cost reduction settlements with commodity suppliers; collaborate x-VHM and globally. Manage key commodity/program sourcing by sourcing on time and confirming that Cost, Quality and Delivery are key consideration in sourcing. Actively manage technology cycle plan changes by developing strategic sourcing plans. Lead development of Commodity Business Plans including technology and new supplier entrants. Build and maintain strong working relationships with Supply Chain, Engineering and Suppliers. Foster and improve supplier relationships. Continue to develop, train, and motivate team members. Maintain a can-do attitude. Take time to have fun with the team.
