Your Key Responsibilities
a) Timely Order booking in SAP through Schaeffler store / e_commers monitring
b) Co-ordination with Sales and cusotmer for availability confirmation
c) Timely Documenation submission for LC, and other legal requirements
d) Minimise Lequidated Damage penelty with on time delivery
e) Respond on customer enquiry
Your Qualifications
Education/ Apprenticeship
a) Bachelor Degree of any stream
Administration Job experience
Above 5-8 years of experience in bearing or relevant industry in customer service
Additional necessary knowledge or experiences
