Who You Are

The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Material Program Management (MPM) Production Operations Manager will be responsible for Program Management and Production Integration within the AMMM MPM Organization.

What You Will Be Doing

Specifically, they will be involved with all aspects of current USG and International Program Integration where C-130 Production Line/DMS/DSC/International Production Support is required.

In this role, the manager will be responsible for:

• Coordination with Production Operations, Program Integration and Control and the DMS teams

• Leading a team of Program and Production Integrators

• Ensuring the team is tracking and providing accurate delivery dates for Material to support the Production Line, with a focus on reduction of shortages to the line

• Identifying root cause and driving corrective actions back to owning organizations

• Providing Integration support to Program Management sub Tier meetings for DSC and DMS

• Oversight of and continued coordination with
Procurement, Program and DMS Team on DMS replacement items

• Developing / Reviewing Lines of Balance for supportability of DMS parts for release between Sustainment and Production

• Managing the GSC element of the engineering CR release process through the DSC team

• Supporting Risk and Opportunity Management Reviews

Basic Qualifications:
• Leadership Experience

• Supply Chain Management Experience

• Experience using SAP / Demand and Supply

• Experience in Microsoft Office

• Experience in regulatory and business practices for subcontracting

• Understanding of the end to end aircraft development and manufacturing processes

• Risk and Opportunity Management Experience

• Experience working with a Manufacturing Production team

• Understanding of, and ability to review, an MBOM

• Developing and implementing an RTG plan for material shortages

• Experience undertaking Root Cause Analysis
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

• Experienced Communicator; comfortable interfacing with Senior Leadership

• Experience prioritizing multiple competing priorities, as well as problem solving to a positive outcome

• C-130 Manufacturing and Procurement experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
