Position Summary

We are looking for a new Supply Chain Operations Associate to join our Order Desk team!

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for all kind of customer orders (Normal order, Special Order, Bundle Order, Free of Charge (FOC) Order, and Commercial Return Order) related to various product groupsInterface between sales, SCM and SAP teamOrdering (receiving customer order from sales, input into the system, stock check, credit checking, interface between sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Eastern Europe Distribution Centre (EEDC) in managing customer requested Delivery date and backorders (orders could not be delivered in time))Claim processKey user SAP SDCredit notes issuingPricing managementCooperating with SCM and sales team, monitoring and reporting about weekly and monthly sales results and progressSAP - GERP power user,  other SAP tasks. Support to other OD members and divisions.Unlock EAN CodesOther tasks per direct managers request

Skills and Qualifications

University degree, preferably in economics or businessUpper-intermediate command of EnglishAdvanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAPTeamwork orientation – able to work effectively across different teamsGood communicatorAble to handle pressure especially at month end when dealing with a high volume of workHighly motivated person with a “can do” attitudeOrganized and process drivenHigh degree of customer focusSkills to inspire, motivate and lead a small team
