**Job Description**
Would you like to kickstart your career, and gain hands-on experience in Supply Chain Operations?
We’re looking for a highly motivated intern to join our talented EMEA Supply Chain Operations team, in a full-time paid internship role for 12 months.
You will have the opportunity to tackle real-world challenges in our Supply & Inventory Planning and Demand Management teams and make a meaningful impact on our Operations.

**Internship Eligibility:**
+ Ideal internship Dates: Sept 2025 – Sept 2026. This paid internship is full-time (37.5h/week), based in our London office (minimum 3 days/week on site).
+ Candidates must be 18+ years of age and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
+ Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course and seeking new career experiences.
**Core Responsibilities**
The role will be varied and exciting. You will have the opportunity to work in our Supply & Inventory Planning and Demand Management teams to support operational execution across EMEA.
+ Support the Supply & Inventory Planning team in ensuring that our awesome products are available at the right time and place, by balancing supply and demand, optimising inventory levels and minimising costs.
+ Support our EMEA Business Units in the execution of short-term plans, as part of the Demand Management team.
+ Help optimise our processes, to supercharge our operational execution and drive efficiency.
+ Analyse and gain insights from key operational data and share with our stakeholders to drive business performance.
+ Build an understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, with a focus on how Supply & Inventory Planning and Demand Management contribute to the overall mission.
+ Collaborate with our amazing colleagues across the LEGO Group to deliver our Supply Chain Operations priorities, as One LEGO Team.

**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Proven interest in Supply Chain.
+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (with proficiency in English).
+ Ability to analyse large data sets and distill insights.
+ Impeccable attention to detail.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
+ Ability to collaborate and work within a team.
+ Have a quantitative approach and analytical capabilities.
+ Proactive and self-motivated, with strong organisational skills.
+ Embrace different ideas, opinions and approaches, to support our inclusive culture.
**Nice to have:**
+ Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI.
+ Expertise using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros etc.)
