Our Supply Chain Optimisation team combines industry knowledge, subject expertise and extensive experience in operational strategy formulation, operational effectiveness, project management, operations and supply chain optimisation. Our client base consists primarily of large and medium organizations.  Due to the continued growth of our practice, we are now recruiting high caliber Managers & Senior Managers for our team in Athens.   

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team:

Lead and contribute to large-scale projects focused on operations and supply chain optimisation, strategic network design, inventory optimisation, demand planning, and statistical forecastingGuide and manage teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects, consistently exceeding client expectations while upholding the highest internal quality standards and operational excellenceOversee analysis to determine the necessary depth for each work stream in assignments, converting the results into actionable insights and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the outcomeEffectively present and communicate results and insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and enhancing decision-makingGuide and apply thought leadership in the supply chain optimisation domain by formulating value generating use cases in the fields of strategic network design, statistical forecasting, inventory optimisation, production scheduling, VRP etc.  

What we are looking for:

Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university with background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Management Science, Supply Chain Analytics, Operations Research, Business, or related disciplineMSc on a related discipline from top tier business schools will be highly regardedCPIM, CSCP or other relevant Supply Chain certifications will be considered an asset8-10 years of relevant experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Operations improvement, Supply Chain Analytics and Optimisation, Operations excellenceEstablished expertise in leading teams and managing large-scale projectsExperience in Project Management, and problem-solving toolsExcellent business analytical and problem solving Adaptability and agility to change; Innovative, thoughtful, and enthusiastic attitude about learningCommitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationshipsConfident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
