Supply Chain Performance Manager

What are we looking for?

•     5+ years of solid experience in Supply Chain or equivalent experience in both manufacturing and distribution in Multi-National companies
•    Knowledgeable in supply chain related system & processes  
•    Proven experience in project management and continuous improvement management
•    Good logical thinking with problem solving mindset of complex systems & challenges 
•    Strict attention to details and Growth mindset with “Can Do” attitude
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
•    International experience in Supply Chain advantageous

What will be your key responsibilities?

Performance Monitoring and Reporting 
• Regional consolidation of SC performance across APAC region and reporting in pre-determined cycle
• Collaborate with global lead supply chain and APAC development manager to define reporting standards to ensure consistent use of base data and report structures across E2E supply chain
• Ensure deployment and appropriate use of standard reports to APAC community
• Manage the portfolio of reports, the governance and delivery of new reports according to process requirements and reporting standards

Review KPI results/deviation and provide insights to KPI owner (RFE) in the region to make deep dive analysis and drive changes & improvements (LCC, DIB, Service and etc.) with Markets
• Support Regional SC director and collaborate with RFE to drive standard KPI definition, improve data quality and reporting structure and manage the effective communication in E2E SC Network
Facilitate Regional Supply Review
• Collaborate with extended functional leaders to prepare periodical SMR with high-quality inputs 
• Be contact window for APAC VCO to collaborate, escalate and support GSMR, RMBR and cross-region SMR and ensure right message flowing in S&OP+
• Make continuous improvement to improve meeting efficiency, enable decision-making and drive one set of data in S&OP+
• Lead AEP Process of region and S&F SC Co-Pilot

Community
• Lead SC Community to drive and support the communication and connection across the E2E SC including Global, Region, Markets, Factories and the relevant copilots. 
• Facilitate Regional SC Governance meetings with market SC (ambition setting, AEP, etc.)

PMO & Project Management 
• Overview, Monitor, Govern for regional SC projects and Market critical projects
• Project Management : Lead the development and transformation projects (i.e. Automation of KPIs Dashboard, Digital & Analytics)
