The Component Supply Planning team plays a significant role within the Zebra Global Supply Planning organization primarily focusing at supply optimization of components used in Zebra products.The team manages key supply planning programs - TMC BuySell, Strategic Inventory, the Supply Assurance process, and the Component Slow Moving Inventory Sales programs. We are seeking a proactive individual to join our TMC BuySell and Component Slow Moving Inventory Sales programs. In this role, you will utilize existing tools and processes to support and drive the buy and sales of components on open market. Your primary responsibilities will include data gathering and maintaining effective communication with Zebra-approved brokers and internal stakeholders, including Procurement and Inventory Control team. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the programs.


Responsibilities:
Actively participate in the TMC BuySell and Component Slow Moving Inventory Sales programs.Support and facilitate the purchase of components from Zebra-approved brokers based on procurement guidance.Support and facilitate the offering of components to Zebra-approved brokers.Work with data, ensuring accuracy and validation.Coordinate data requirements and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders.Manage the database of components and sales details.Process purchase and sales orders in the system.Track and trace shipments.Engage in continuous improvement activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree requiredBusiness, Supply Chain, Finance or related field preferred2-5 years of experienceInternational Supply Chain experience in service and/or manufacturing a plusAbility to organize and prioritize workStrong analytical and problem-solving skillStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOracle knowledge a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
