Job Summary & Job Duties

You will be responsible for the timely procurement and coordination of goods both nationally and internationally. You will play an active role in the design and optimization of forecast and budget planning. You will prepare and implement necessary measures in the area of e-commerce and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the global team in accordance with internal guidelines. In addition to evaluating the existing supplier portfolio, you will analyze new procurement markets and carry out regular price monitoring and purchasing negotiations. You will coordinate workflows, ensure seamless data preparation and provide support with the IT connection. You will also monitor relevant key figures and present them reliably to the team and management.

Qualifications

You have a degree or completed commercial training, ideally in the field of business or IT. You have already gained relevant professional experience in a comparable position and have a good understanding of global supply chains and material requirements planning. You are characterized by your analytical skills and an enormous affinity for IT. You can adapt flexibly to new market dynamics and sales processes without losing sight of business objectives. A strong sense of initiative as well as a proactive and solution-oriented way of working are a matter of course for you. A confident manner, strong communication skills and a very good command of written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
