Job Details

This is an exciting role that will be supporting the Branded Medical Supply Chain team with replenishment duties of a specific range of manufacturers, bespoke customer ordering processes, product transfers and other day-to-day tasks which may develop in line with the business’ requirements.


This role requires building strong internal & external stakeholder relationships, responding to their requests, supporting them by ensuring excellent ongoing service whilst delivering against the business’ agreed KPIs (key performance indicators)

Main responsibilities will include:

Perform replenishment duties in the described manner

Ensure stock availability at all times in the most efficient manner

Follow up on late deliveries

Obtain stock information from manufacturers on a weekly basis

Follow up on Out of stocks

Review / maintain most up to date customer messaging at all times

Maintain “lean inventory levels” in accordance with order cycles, departmental- and /or contractual parameters.

De-risk product write-off scenarios

Ensure replenishment in accordance with product buying multiples

PO (Purchase Order) line adjustments (ASNs)

Perform analyses for reporting/performance

Range Review:

Continually looking at ways to improve efficiencies within your managed range

Manage bespoke customer ordering processes against deadlines Support the supply chain team with annual leave cover and or day-to-day activities

Establish professional long-term relationships with external- & internal stakeholders

You will need to be customer focused and have good IT skills. You will also need to be a self-starter, able to work autonomously or as part of a team.

A good understanding and knowledge of supply chain / logistics / replenishment within the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare- or FMCG companies is beneficial but not a requirement. On the job training will be provided as required.

A background in supply chain, FMCG or Pharmaceuticals would be an advantage

Ability to analyse and interpret numerical data is an advantage

Working knowledge of MS Office e.g., Excel, and Outlook
