About this Opportunity


We are looking for an SAP-EWM Super user to be a part of team of experts within the warehouse operations, driving & leading EWM processes, innovations, development activities including solutions, implementations & acceptance testing pertaining to the warehouse operations. Joining us means being a part of core operation teams who can be able to manage developments & securing an effective understanding, implementation of defined processes, monitoring & controlling, reporting & escalation management related to SAP-EWM system.
Task furthermore includes, help to secure our company’s compliance to ISO standards, set company standards (Ericsson Factory handbook) and our relentless efforts to improve the ways of operating, KPI management, performing/supporting on automation & digitalization matters.
Task furthermore includes,
•    SAP EWM System functioning monitoring.
•    1st line support to ground team for all the EWM related issues & concerns.
•    Detecting the faults, finding probable solutions & analyzing RCA.
•    Raising tickets & close follow-ups till the closure with SPIS/IBM/HCL.
•    EWM process monitoring during warehouse operations.
•    Control customer invoicing in SAP.
•    Control & lead new developments/changes in the invoices.
•    Lead automation projects in various warehouse processes.
•    Close coordination with internal stakeholders in case of any issues arise in invoicing or EWM process.
•    Control, monitor & audit documentations (Invoice, DC, E-Way Bill etc.).
•    Perform UAT (SPOC of hub for any kind of system developments related to WH management).

What you will do


This role includes, but is not limited to:
•    Be part of a team of experts on SAP-EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) system.
•    EWM Process & compliance management expert.
•    Support & secure EWM ways of working and processes related to the core tasks such as Inbound, outbound, imports, exports, claims, returns & reworks, kanban, Quality, Inventory & invoicing etc.
•    Develop & deploy improvements, simplifications, and digitalization efforts in the area of Warehouse operations & management.
•    Be a part of warehouse operation team, supporting team/cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
•    Perform internal assessments as a team lead.

The Skills You will bring.


•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science. SAP certification will be an added advantage.
•    Working experience: min 5 years of experience in SAP-EWM, warehouse management, Process & compliances, Commercial & taxation.
•    A high level of integrity with character consistent with Ericsson core values of respect, professionalism, and perseverance, must be empathetic & willing to listen.
•    “Customer first” approach.
•    Strong knowledge of warehouse processes & compliance management.
•    Proven experience in the area of EWM system & trouble shooting techniques.
•    Strong communication skill to interact with business stakeholders and understand their requirements.
•    Experience of leading and supervising direct/indirect reporting colleagues.
•    Ability to evaluate complex situations and problem-solving skills in business operations.
•    Proactive & continues learning mindset.
•    Administrative & team leading skills, Supply-chain knowledge, Supplier management, commercial & taxation knowledge.
•    Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills.
•    Fluent english written & speaking skills.
•    Willingness to travel up to 10%. 
Problem solving skill set requirement: 
•    In-depth SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) design & working knowledge.
•    Trouble shooting skills.
•    Preferred experience: design/development SAP-EWM structure, solutions, BOT developments, drive automation, Power BI & Power Apps.
•    Warehousing process, tools & techniques.
